Schools’ Ride Leicester

Please note, the Leicester Schools’ Ride has been temporarily postponed.

The Leicester Schools’ Ride is a mass participation cycle ride for up to 300 pupils from 6+ schools across the city. Watch this space for when the next Schools’ Ride will be happening. The event is a unique celebration of Bikeability cycle training organised by Leicester City Council, with the support of schools and partner organisations including Sustrans, Cycling UK, British Cycling and Leicestershire Police.

Pupils and school staff will ride into the city centre for a lunchtime of entertainment, certificate awards and school group photographs.

If you would like your school to take part, please apply through our Expression of Interest form. All participating pupils must have completed Level 2 Bikeability training.
