Starting from the car park in Rushey Fields Rec Ground, off Harrison Road
Around 75 minutes, steady pace
Join us for a pleasant walk to Appleton Park, a hidden green space in the Rushey Fields area, before returning to Rushey Fields Rec by a combination of footpaths and suburban streets. This walk is just over 2 miles.
Please be aware there are no public toilet facilities on this route. Rushey Fields Rec is accessible by public transport – buses serve Melton Road, a short walk away. Parking is available in Rushey Fields Rec and on-street in Harrison Road nearby – please park considerately.
